Proximity to Old Town and Port, clean and modern rooms, strong water pressure in shower

Limited hot water supply made for unpleasant showers!!! High windows obstructing views. Confusing room access due to unclear signage!!!

the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and the facilities were great.

Updated room with a comfortable decor and a luxurious bathroom. Great and stunning location, not too far from Marmontova Street. Set so close to such great restaurants and the Port area, the harbor and the local coffee shop in the relatively quiet area.

Transport from airport was informative and enjoyable.

Perfect location, modern retreat

We loved exploring Split, as the location was unbeatable-just a short walk to historical sites. The room had a big TV with streaming options and fast internet.

The signage for the hotel was a bit confusing to find initially, so I recommend calling ahead for directions. The lobby could also use some brighter lighting to feel more cute.

The room was modern and clean. The location's a huge win-everything's super close! Had a tiny hiccup with the safe, but the host was super helpful. Will definitely come back!

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay with modern amenities and a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff were kind and helpful, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, especially the historical sites like the cathedral of saint domnius just a 5-minute walk away and the lively culinary scene filled with great eateries just a few steps from the hotel.

The room was basically an apartment, super clean and nicely decorated and it was stocked with all the essentials. The owner gave us a map highlighting the best spots to eat at, a game-changer.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but considering the location and amenities, it was still worth it.

Staying in the Premium Studio was good, thanks to the unbeatable location.

The location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to the heart of Split. The room featured a big TV with access to Netflix and fast internet, great. Shower pressure was excellent, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff members were really nice too, offering helpful recommendations and assisting with anything we needed. The lobby was a bit dim and could use brighter lighting to create a cute atmosphere. The stairwell also felt a little worn, which might concern some guests unfamiliar with older European buildings. Finding the hotel initially was tricky due to small signage, so I recommend calling ahead for directions. A solid stay with room for some improvements.

Just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Split with decent value for money. The fast internet was a lifesaver for streaming my shows after a long day. Pro tip, bring a map to avoid walking in circles, as the area can be a bit confusing.

The culinary scene around Riva Luxury Rooms is unbeatable! I devoured delicious vegan dishes at Superfood Healthy Food Factory just a hop away. The clean, modern rooms provided a cozy retreat after indulging at Bokeria kitchen & wine bar and Konoba Marjan, both serving up fantastic fare.

The only hiccup was a bit of a wait with staff when I asked about the sofa bed situation.
